Cheryl Carlson, Esq.

Cheryl Carlson is a senior attorney with 28 years of litigation experience and 10 years of experience as an Administrative Law Judge with the State of California. Ms. Carlson’s litigation experience primarily includes the defense of personal injury, premises liability, employment and construction defect litigation on behalf of insureds, self-insureds and public entities throughout California. After retiring from the State, she returned to private practice for two years with a plaintiff’s law firm prosecuting personal injury and employment cases.

Cheryl returned to the defense side of litigation with Travelers defending high exposure and complex litigation matters on behalf of business clients. Most recently, her lifelong love of the ocean compelled a move from Sacramento back to San Diego where she began her career.

Cheryl is fluent in Spanish having been born in Venezuela where her family lived until moving to Melbourne, Australia. She completed her education in San Diego and is delighted to return to Southern California.
