Jeremy R. Kilber is a Partner at W&D Law and is licensed in Nevada. Jeremy has a wide range of legal experience, including construction defect litigation, professional liability defense, family law, estate planning and general civil litigation. While Jeremy has experience in multiple areas of law, he is particularly proficient in his defense of design professionals.

With his knowledge and understanding of multiple fields of practice, Jeremy is able to provide unique and aggressive defense strategies to his design professional clients. Jeremy’s thorough understanding of the legal process, as well as the particular legal defenses available to design professionals in Nevada, helps him frequently secure the dismissal of his clients from complex, high exposure cases prior to trial.

Prior to attending college, Jeremy served in the United
States Navy’s submarine force from 1995-2000. During his
time in the Navy, Jeremy was home ported in Groton,
Connecticut, at Subase New London, and was assigned to
the submarine USS City of Corpus Christi (SSN 705). While
assigned to USS City of Corpus Christi, Jeremy served as a
sonar technician, completed two deployments, and received
multiple commendations, including being named Junior
Sailor of the Quarter.
