Rae Richardson is a Senior Attorney at W&D Law. Rae is an experienced trial attorney and is licensed in Arizona, California and Colorado. She focuses her practice primarily on the defense of construction industry professionals, municipalities, and health care providers. Rae has participated in numerous jury trials, bench trials, mediations, and administrative law hearings. In addition, Rae has an impressive record of obtaining summary judgment or dismissal on behalf of her clients.
In 2010, Rae successfully obtained one of the Top 10 Defense Verdicts in Arizona following a month-long trial that involved one former mayor suing another former mayor for defamation and intentional interference with business contract.
Rae was also instrumental in successfully resolving a high-profile wrongful death case in Arizona in 2013 involving a former Marine veteran who was killed during the execution of a search warrant by SWAT. Rae’s experience working with public entities has helped her develop the ability to understand a client’s needs and develop a plan designed to achieve success.
Outside of the firm, Rae can be found spending time with her family and cheering on the Arizona Cardinals, the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Arizona Coyotes.
